Lab Instructions
- Please bring your BruinCard to your appointment
- No appointment is needed. Check in at the Lab/Radiology reception window at the rear of the 1st floor. You do not need to check in on the other iPads or clinic stations on 1st floor. Proceed directly to the Lab at the rear of the building to use their check-in kiosk.
- Most blood and urine test results will be released for viewing on The Ashe Center Patient Portal within 3 business days of being finalized. Your provider will only contact you if your results are sensitive, clinically significant, or require further testing. If you do not see a particular result or if you have questions, check the Medical Records section of the Patient Portal. If you do not see your results, you can contact your clinician by sending a secure message using your Patient Portal.
- For lab results that need to be sent to a non-Ashe Center clinician, you can print your own results from the Medical Records section to give to your provider or submit a request for your Medical Records to be sent directly to your provider.
- FASTING LABS: Avoid all food and drinks except water 9 hours before your blood test. You may continue to take your prescription medication.

- Tuesday: 8am-4:30pm (Closed 12:30-2pm)
- Wednesday: 8am-12pm, 2pm-4:30pm (Closed 12-2pm)
- Thursday: 8am-4:30pm (Closed 12:30-2pm)
- Friday: 9am-4:30pm (Closed 12:30-2pm)
